Bahrain LNG Import Terminal

WMT were commissioned to produce the Technical Operation Manuals for the Bahrain LNG Import Terminal by Teekay. The Terminal is operated by Teekay LNG Bahrain Operations. WMT have a long history working with Teekay with several LNG projects and were the vendor of choice for this project.

The Bahrain LNG terminal layout comprises:

• An offshore dual jetty and regasification module
• A subsea pipeline to shore and onshore infrastructure to allow the gas to be delivered to the onshore delivery point
• The “BAHRAIN SPIRIT” Floating Storage Unit (FSU)

WMT produced the Technical Operating Manuals for the following aspects of the LNG terminal:

• Utilities
• Emergency Systems
• Operations

Our LNG consultants attended the terminal to observe construction and operation of the systems.
